Our pricing is based on what ARP charges. I'm guessing the reason the 6-Bolts are more expensive, is a result of the quantities ordered and their production runs.

7-bolt headstuds double over for evos and if I'm not mistaken, many more platforms in general use 11mm studs. Cheaper to manufacture when you're making a larger quantity from the same core size.
