So this is more me asking how to and who else did this. Who else deleted there p.s and a.c ? Is it worth doing to clean up everything I wanna clean up the engine bay and what not but I herd if you delete the p.s your rack will go back how do I go about "looping" the p.s ? I been looking into doing this just ever got around to actually doing it with out knowing how to. I noticed alot of race eclipses have none that and I also herd no p.s is better for boost it don't jump all over that's why my one boy deleted his in his boosted RSX for more control

I wouldn't delete ps on a street car. Race cars sometimes convert to a manual rack. No this is not a bolt on. Ps does not affect boost. Looping the lines does not convert you to a manual rack.

I looked up how to do it. I figured out how to loop the lines adding a manual to it using a clutch container off another eclipse. Now another thing my main thing is cleaning up the engine bay I have all the AC and p.s out but now brings me to this EVAP thing under the passenger headlight do i need that or. I noticed that one of the lines is capped off and been called off since I got the car now can I delete this or I can't. Only one line is going some where other is not

Your engine bay would look much cleaner without the AC, PS and Evap. If you don't mind hard steering or cool AC in hot days then delete to your liking. The Evap canister behind the passenger headlight can be removed along with the EGR valve and other related components if you're not worried about emission test, just cap all the nipples where the vacuum hoses plugged into. Look up delete EGR valve and charcoal canister for removal/deletion.

I've did it it's got a FULL tuck I'll post pictures later on of the end result

You can switch to a Toyota MR-2 power steering setup and that removes the rats nest of plumbing lines you have in that area behind the DS headlight. DSKAGR on this forum did that and his engine bay honestly looks gorgeous :thumb: definitely something I take a lot of notes on since his bay is a good example of minimalism.

You might consider checking out his DSM Profile or sending him a PM to ask what sort of stuff he did to clean up his engine bay

My Power steering and AC were both deleted on my car with a full wire tuck and battery relocation. The power steering lines appear to be looped, and I'm not entirely sure on the ac. I am really did not like it at first but now I'm getting used to it. If you would like some pictures let me know.

There are two power steering pumps for Toyota MR 2 generation: One is from a 1991-1995 MR 2 which requires the steering pump & sensor, steering pump ecu & driver, relay and wire harnesses which all cost about $300-500. The other one is from a 2000-2005 which requires only the power steering pump and wire harnesses. The latter alternative would be a better route and saves a lot.
