spark plugs

i got a 95 gst eclipse that bought it few months ago
anyways so was thinking of changing my spark plugs
i was searching for ngk bpr6es as i heard they are the best for low mods etc
but i searched and couldnt find any, some shop gave me NGK BKR6E-11
are they fine to use?

No. Completely wrong plug for a different application.

Napa or oreilly should carry the proper plug. If not then online would be best. 10 bucks a set might as well as get extra and save on shipping. Extremepsi.com or jnztuning.com is the cheapest.

Agree with the other folks. You can also get them on Amazon. BPR6ES or BPR6ES-11 will work fine. They come pre-gapped to 0.32 I believe but you should always re-gap to your needs.

Incorrect. The -11 is a non turbo plug with a large gap. To gap them to spec you have to bend the electrode way over.

I did not know that, won't argue. I've used both in a turbo and non-turbo application and I couldn't necessarily tell a difference.

Would it really cause such a big difference? The electrode is still very close to the tip.

-11 Has a ,044 gap. You have to bend the electrode over very far to get .028 or smaller

One is projected and the other is not. Both will work on stock application.
