-6an lines should be plenty. You have to have an aftermarket sensor to log fuel pressure. If you have a gauge on your regulator you can set a go pro up under the hood to record it as you make a pull.
I assume you've rewired your pump and it's got plenty of volts at wot?

Ok guys, I'm starting to think it's def the walbro 450, I was running more boost with the 255 and no problem at all. Im gunna through it my other pump and see what happens

I checked my log, I'm getting 13.5 volts at wot, I'm going to check my fuel filter also, make sure I don't have a clog. The pump is rewired yes

I wonder if when I installed the 450 it was installed to low in the housing and tank and it's compressing the fuel sock and pinching off the flow of fuel?

You should install a sensor on the regulator and log it with link. I would deff pull that 450 out and look it over. Maybe hose clamp loose

Good thing your motor didnt go leaner...

That's the only thing I can think of that has changed in my fuel system, I installed the pump right after my head gasket went before I built my motor....thankfully I have two fuel assemblies so i just gotta throw in the spare hanger.

Ok man so I did what you said, I switched pumps and added a fpr gauge at 20psi my for increased to 60psi plus at base 1g fpr. My injector duty is still saying 126%, I'm stuck

My fuel pressure is increasing with boost, I am just getting really elevated idcs, my voltage is 13.5 at wot, unless my tune is just junk

when you have a boost leak your boost gauge can still read the same. the turbo spins faster to make up the losses. in case of fuel pump the pressure is same, flow is not there. its flowing right back into tank. not enough to feed the injectors

I just looked at your log real quick. Your airflowperrev is off. Your around .36 at idle. Should be around .25. This means your speed density table is out of whack and your global fuel adjustment also. Use your ad table to get it to .25 then readjust your global to bring the wideband to 14.7.

Well I purchased fic 1250 injectors, I'm going to run through my fuel system , check the filter and go from there....
