After a long hiatus I am begining to put the wiring harness back in my engine bay. Being that its been out so long some of my markings have come off. I cannot for the life of me figure out what this plug is supposed to go to. I have one of the wires labeled alternator sense wire and the other two tie in under the dash on the drivers side. One wire is black with a white stripe, anorher is black with a yellow stripe and the small wire is blue.

I went through snowboarders post and couldnt find it there either. Thanks!

Alternator or generator relay, whichever you prefer. It did not come on 1999 models which is why it isn't listed in the 2G connector article.

Digging through this, I have another alternator related question. I am using a single wire Saturn 160amp alternator, so that whole relay harness portion can be deleted thankfully as well as a couple of the other alternator wires.

With a Saturn alternator is it possible to tie in the FR wire into the alternator to maintain the IAC functionality? I have seen a whole bunch of posts about how to avoid the P1500 code through link, but none about keeping the functionality. Is this not possible?
