1G Exhaust manifold?

I need some help in finding a mani that is cast and supports an external wastegate. I seen a lot of eBay brands but don't know if anyone has tried them. I would also like to keep my power steering setup.(must fit in stock position)My Max budget for the waste gate setup would have to be no more than 700$. If anyone has try any eBay brand I would like to know about it and if anyone can point me in the rite direction that would be helpful. Also I was thinking about an waste gate at the 02 housing setup but don't know if it will work. Thanks to all that reply.

So you're looking for a cast t3 or mitsu style manifold? And you're not interested in tubular manifolds?

I really looking for something that fits like stock but hold an external waste gate. The tubular manifolds are out of my price range And I herd they give off a lot of heat. But if there's one that u know of in my range I'll buy it. Also it must bolt up to a 20g. Was thinking about the fp mani and 02 housing with an external wastegate but don't really see anyone with that setup.

Dude everyone uses an fp manifold with o2 housing w/external. It's extremely common. the fp manifold is on sale right now for $175 plus tax plus $16 for shipping. Go grab one and the o2 housing are always being sold on here and Facebook. Give it about 2 hours and another one will be up for sale

I've been searching for one but the other question is will there be problems fitting it in that tight spot. As I do hear that the cheap one don't fit to well?

Fitting the o2 housing? there shouldn't be and if you are worried then make sure you are using the new, smaller MVS wastegate.

Wow thats a great deal on the FP mani. What is even the question here? Tons of people with FP and a external wastegate o2 housing.

You want a Slowboy Racing HAFE manifold- the latest version of which was cast by Bullseye Power and is tough as nails where earlier versions were prone to cracking or even breaking. Trouble is these haven't been produced for a few years so availability will hinge on if someone has one they're willing to sell and what their asking price will be...but it will save you from spending an additional $200+ on an o2 housing suitable for external gate use.

That would be the one...although the price is about what they sold for new- of course that's what happens when something that was in limited production becomes obsolete.

I've never had an issue with it not fitting....sometimes on a 1G you have to grind the flange of an aftermarket manifold a little to clear the power steering bracket but it's minor by comparison to other modifications I've done to get certain turbos to fit. Of course some people may complain the external gate location would allow the wastegate to hit a stock fan or something, but if you're trying to use stock cooling fans with a larger-than-stock turbo then your priorities aren't in the right place. LOL

Only fitment issue I have is that it places the inlet of the turbo a little to close to the water pipe. With an FP Intake and a Green the intake rubs on the radiator hose. Kind of a minor issue, but annoying.
