Hi guys!
hopefully this is something that someone can have some insight on. I was going to post in the engine management and tuning however don't have the post count to do so.
I bought a project talon after being out of the scene for 10 or so years. long story short I have the car back together with the supplied engine. it came installed and was told it was good/recently rebuilt. I have bosch 1600cc injectors and a turbonetics 60-1 with all supporting modifications including dsmlink v3. currently set up with standard injector settings with -72%, 450us...
I am just cranking with no avail. however I am getting spark and fuel. I loosed the CAS and turned it clock wise (front bolt in top of window) and it seemed in a better direction. I would get some type of studder or combustion but nothing too promising.
by turning the CAS down or forward does that advance the base timing or retard? is this normally an indicative sign to a common problem?
I will be adjust deadtime and injector scaling tomorrow as well...
thanks if you guys take the time to read and help!
