So last week I made a post about how I replaced my cylinder head after letting the car sit for probably 3 months. All new timing components as well. Well after finally getting everything together it only runs on cylinders 1 and 2 and I'm not sure why. You can pull plug wires 3, and 4 with zero difference while it's running. I made sure my injector clips were tight, switched my injectors around. There is even compression across the board, presumably fuel, and plug wires seem to work fine. I know my CAS isn't set exactly right, but it couldn't be off by so much that it only runs on 2 cylinders, right? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Is there spark going to those plugs if not you could have a bad ignition module or ecu .

So you have verified that each spark plug is firing? Any codes? Do you have ECMLink? Sounds like a pin in a connector may be loose.

You replied while I was typing ^^^^^

Check the signal from the ECU for your injector plugs to make sure they are getting proper signal to fire.

It sounds like an injector issue to me as well. If you have ecmlink, you can go in and turn on and off injectors. See if that does anything if you have it.
The two cylinders that are firing, I took those injectors and swapped them with the other two injectors. Still the same cylinders not firing. I just replaced the clips so it shouldn't be a faulty injector connection.

Any way I can do this without link?

Update boys: cam gears just exploded, I guess something must've fallen into them. See you guys next weekend.

Oh goodness. Did that happen on startup or while it was running?
Just startup thankfully. It was turning over slow and then a nasty loud pop. So I'm just hoping the valves are okay or this would be the 3rd time pulling my head.
