Not many updates to post really. I have been busy as I am opening a shop in the Metro Detroit area for fellow 4g63 enthusiasts and other platforms. Move in date is around November 1st. Once I am settled in, some real progress will happen with the car!

He drilled and tapped the valve cover to put the baffles back in.

Going back through the thread I saw those bumper quick releases. From where they are in the bumper it looks like you made brackets for them?

^All the best to you mate!
Thank you!

Nice the new valve cover and fittings look good. Did you put the baffle back in? I'm thinking of leaving mine out.
The original valve cover I ran that I modified in this thread did have the baffles put back in. I drilled and tapped it.

I now have a different valve cover that is shaved without baffles which has two -10 fittings on it. I no longer run the HAL cap.

Correct. I made some custom brackets that come down 90* that are parallel with the bumper. The brackets are really nice have to have.

Decided to have a dedicated wheel/tire setup for the street.

16" Rota Grids with Nitto 555 tires. Fitment is perfect!

Here's the new valve cover I mentioned.

Exhaust manifold is on its way! I ended up going with a JM Fabrications T4 divided top mount.

I was gonna throw a baffle back in mine. The guy that did the welding for me burnt it up pretty good so I'm gonna cut it out and probably leave it out. I also have -10 lines welded in the stock location. Keep posted on how fast the catch can fills up. I knew you'd keep those wheels they look great!

I'll be sure to let you know.

The car that the valve cover came off did not fill the catch can without the baffles after a few WOT pulls. We shall see how it is on mine.

What offset are the grids? are they 16x7? I've been wanting to get on a 24/45/16. How wide do the tires measure?

On the intake/S90, what are you thinking about doing with the 60mm inlet to the intake. I don't think it's possible to port it to 70, unless there is a massive taper on the inlet. I was going to do a 65mm ford one on mine but decided against it because of that.

The manifold looks great. JMFab is one of my favorite DSM venders. They make amazing stuff. Let us know what you think about the S90 when you get it in!
I sure will!

Love the tire wheel combo!!!
I agree they look great. I may change the color but i'll leave them for now.

I checked and verified they are 16x7 Grids with a +40mm offset. I'll have to measure the tire width as i'm not sure.

I have seen two other people run the S90 on the Evo 3 intake manifold, I would guess they tapered it. I'll check with them and see if they were able to get it to a true 70mm at the flange.
