1998 gst lots of mods but...
550cc
I have to have my safc turned all the way up to %30 just for car to idle and not run lean. I know with bigger injectors I should be in the negatives but car won't even run with settings even at zero.
Car also won't rev worth a dang up to around 2500 rpm. After that it seems to run good.any ideas?

what size injectors would yall recommend??? my mods are
stock bottom end stock head with arp head studs
gonna run stock exhust manifold
pte 20g turbo wanna run 20psi max (for now until i get dsmlink update)
big fmic
greddy bov
apexi safc
black box ecu from 99 gst
AFPR
walbro 255
greddy boost control
and a very strange crankcase vent system LOL

Since you have the black box, you know you can use that to tune right?
It can save you some coin, look up dsm blackbox tuning. I am not very knowledgeable with black box tuning so searching will yield you better information than I can provide.

1. Just turn boost down a bit.
2. Get capability to tune.
3. Get bigger injectors and tune!!!
(Still need to get the wideband going)

From the looks of it, that's not a 20g turbo. Probably a pte 50 trim variant but it's hard to tell from those pics.

I unscrewed the MBC almost all the way and I still hit over 20 psi in 5th gear. Is my waste gate stuck? How can I tell?

Pics of my injectors. Don't know what the engravings mean. And there is no brand on them

I started playing with my safc while I was driving home on some back roads. Turned all the fuel levels to zero and the car runs better and takes more boost than ever. It's only at higher rpm (5000) it starts cutting out. O2 gauge showes full rich. I'm lead to believe I've been flooding it this whole time having the safc turned up. Because as soon as I set it to zero across the board it ran alot better under boost. Do I need to turn down my safc for higher rpm? I thought it was the other way around

You are going to ruin something real quick if you keep running big boost on that 20g (or 50 trim?) with only 550's a safc and trusting a POS narrowband gauge. Narrowband gauges are not an accurate way of monitoring safe levels of AFR's. Cutting out at 5k rpms is probably your car detonating like a motha fu(ker. I am not trying to be rude and legitimately don't want your car to go KABOOM!

Got the wideband AEM on. When I go into boost car goes full rich. Could these injectors have been reworked? How could I be so rich with such (small injectors)
