Good morning tuners. I'm in the process of rebuilding my bottom end, and someone offered me these for a steal. I know one rod bearing has spun, and i attached the pictures to compare the rods. This setup supposedly has 3,000 miles on it. Should i skip out on this or replace the rod then get the set cleaned up at the machine shop. For the wear it looks like about 9k miles.

I would say as long as the rod hasn't been destroyed in any way, it may be fine. I spun bearings a few years ago and the aside from the extreme damage from just heat, the bearings were basically welded to the rod and rod cap. Are your rod surfaces smooth?
