99 GSX. Ecmlink, Help with initial tune before dyno time is schedule

Hello I recently posted on the ECM forums and have received a decent amount of help. But I wanted to start a thread on tuners, since this is my main dsm forum to post in. So....
Long story short. I found out my ecu was damaged and causing the injectors to over fuel the motor when cranking. I have a new ecu and v3 chipped installed, with all fresh fluids. The car is running. Now that your caught up. Here is what i am trying to accomplish with this thread. I want to get the idle and initial part of the tune setup better. Once I have that down it will be going to the tuner for the final touches.

Car Specs: (I bought this car in April, and im still learning ecmlink)
-1999 Eclipse GSX
-5 Speed
-Chassis Mileage 87k
-Built 7 Bolt Block (Arias Pistons, Manley I-Beam Rods, ARP Hardware, Stock Crank, ACL bearings, etc)
-7 Bolt Head (Kelford 272 Cams, AEM Cam Gears, 3G Lifters, Supertech Valvetrain etc)(one thing that's interesting it has a 1g CAS on it that functional
-Bolt on’s (Magnus Street Manifold, 1G Throttle Body, FP 4” Intake, ExtremeMotorsports FMIC kit, DNP exhaust manifold, DNP manifold PTE6262 BB T3 .82A/R, Apexi exhaust etc)
-Tuning (ECM Tuning, AEM IAT, AEM Map 3.5 bar I believe)
-Fuel (Jay Racing 343 Kit, STM rewire, FIC 1450’s)

Any Feedback guys? Everything on this car was fine and was tuned by Dave Katz. The car drove from Richmond to Northern VA with no issues. Just needed a retune for injectors and turbo.
I lost my old tune due to the ecu electrical damage. This is why I am posting. I want the car to run and drive. So I can further understand ECMtuning, and so I can answer any questions my tuner has when its time.

Please advise.

Why not go to Dave Katz or Brad Brooks? Dave tuned my car and did great. Plus they are local.

Dave is on my list but is very busy. I'm looking at Chris Hoover right now. since he is 30 mins away but he is booked out through Oct as of now.
Just seeing what other options are out there.

Dave is very busy I tried calling him. Try Brad Brooks I don't trust many people to work or to tune my car. But he is one of them that I can trust. Dave and Brad are good friends. He has tuned many people Evos and dsm around here. Brad (703) 401-2088. Look him up online great reviews. He should be tuning my car in a few weeks. Good luck
