Car has an inconsistent history of not passing smog due to High HC's at 15 MPH. Failed once this year and I'm looking for ideas or insight on Fuel Trims prior to taking it back for smog...here's the story:

2012 - First failure due to High HC @ 15 mph. Car was stock other than DSMLink + MafComp adjust ran. Car passed after the following...
-Reset ECU to stock settings.
-Replaced some old vacuum lines on the throttle body/intake manifold in the engine.
-New BPR6ES plugs, replaced BPR7ES.
-1/3 of a can of sea foam through engine.
-Oil change.
-1/2 bottle of CRC Guaranteed to Pass.

2014 - Car passed at the limits, twice. Had to smog twice due to visual fail because of fuel filter to catch blowby on valve cover -> intake tube.
2016 - Car is failing HC's again at 15MPH.

Known Issues:
White smoke after idling for a few minutes when hot (valve stem seals?)

Mods:
-Evo X BOV
-DSMLink (all factory settings)

Recent Maintenance Before Test:
-Fresh Mobil 10W-30 oil change
-Injector seals
-Replaced all exhaust side gaskets after barely passing smog in 2014(manifold, turbo->o2, o2->downpipe). Thought exhaust leaks before O2 might be an issue.

Maintenance/Changes Done After Failed Test:
-Replaced MDP sensor that was consistently throwing a code
-New Denso O2 Sensor
-New BPR6ES Plugs
-New NGK Plug Wires
-New Purolater PCV valve
-Boost leak test...no leaks found
-Disconnect Wastegate Arm to smog (Did this on prior pass but seemed to have no effect on numbers, were still high, but passed).
-Full bottle of CRC Garunteed to Pass with 3/4 tank ran through engine.
-Compression test - 150, 150, 137, 150

I'm still trigger shy to take it back due to combinedFT values in logs always > +5. Rarely do I see a logging session where they are <+5. After the above maintenance, I saw stabilization that night and thought things were heading in the right direction, but logs today show I'm back to normal...normal being inconsistent. I have not done a MAFComp adjust because I believe doing so made me fail in 2012.

Considering from research before testing again:
-Heavier oil, since it's burning some, might stop some leakage into the combustion chamber that is contributing to inconsistent combinedFT?
-Xylene, but not having much luck finding this in my area
-Acetone...don't really want to use it
-Retard timing a couple degrees for the test.

Appreciate any suggestions or feedback on the latest cruise and idle logs.
