A couple of week ago, I sold my 2014 Lancer Evo GSR in an attempt to be more financially responsible and my life has been an absolute nightmare since that day. I need a toy and I have been in love with 2G Talon's and Eclipse's since I was a kid. I finally found what I believe to be a good deal on a Talon TSI in downtown Chicago but I have very little experience with DSM's. Was wondering if anyone out there in the forum world would be willing to meet me when I go to look at the car to make sure I'm not buying a pile of junk. I realize it's a long shot but if you are in the area and willing to help, i'm happy to throw you some cash for your time. Thanks for your time and I hope to hear back in the near future.
Car Details:
- I have been told by the seller that the car has always been garaged and maintained and has zero rust anywhere
- He has paperwork showing the light modifications and maintenance history
- Only issue is a leak in the power steering reservoir - He hasn't even been using the power steering but this is something I would want fixed and back in working condition - any ideas how much this would cost to get working again?
