I found my other camshaft (Yes I was that guy) I was wondering how do I put it in and what the rubber piece was on one of my camshafts.

Cam sensor magnet.

They look awful rusty.

Dowel pins go to the timing side of the head.

Ok I have another magnet should I put that on the other cam as well?

No. Only the exhaust cam has a magnet.
