No wonder you keep ending up in ditches. I hope you fare now that you're AWD.
LOLs! The guard rails at this track doesn't allow ditch visitors. The awd is going to be a force to reckon with that's for sure.

645whp 431tq yep i feel that i may go up to 30 psi on mine and call it a day. Stay tuned backs starting to feel better so i will be working on the beast soon. Looking for high 500's or low 600s whatever 30 psi will give me with the meth.
You should be pretty close!!

One more treatment to go wpc on the center differential.

Can't wait to see it all together kels! Looking good my friend looking good ;)
Thanks bro. I am getting anxious myself I will be picking up a complete bearing and seal kit for the awd tranny here in a few days, the gears will arrive at wpc tomorrow . wpc also wanted me to send in all my synchronizers they are going to treat them as well. I'll post pictures when I get everything back next week.

Jon used Speed Design shafts many years ago (which were never square), and he also sometimes uses rear diff cross shafts machined to fit the output shaft. It's a good hardened piece and the posts already fit the center diff spider gears. You just have to make sure you have the orientation proper when assembling it.

I think you have some details missing. It has to be a 4 bolt as a 3 bolt is much smaller. The posts on the rear cross are .005" smaller diameter than the cd cross. I don't know that there is any machining needed on the cross to clear the output shaft. I think the hole through it is bigger than the cd cross. Lastly, the ends of the rear diff cross are flat, and there would be huge clearance between the shaft and the housing. You'd need to make an insert. Do you have any pictures of when TRE did this? I'd like to see how they did it.

I used the rear diff cross in mine, and it appears to be working out great. AFAIK, I'm the only one who has done it. I couldn't find anything on TRE doing it, and you are the first to mention it.

So far my cd has about 20 passes on it, and 5000mi. 10 of them were 1.5 60's in the high 10's. The car did run 137mph at street car take over, so it's back to making some jam again. I'm running it on july 1 and then I'll take it apart to check it over.

Friction heat lack of oil no problem with wpc. Made sure some critical components were treated.

Forgot to post this a while back but check it out the awd project first time at the track before the engine swap from the front wheel drive.

Yeah I am definitely on countdown. I secured my spot in the ga 1\2 mile which sold out in record time of 5 minutes.

Great progress it's coming along.
Yes Finally! I have been tide up on a large cabinet project and haven't had time to really get it done. I spent some time after hours and made some good progress.

Well going to try and mount transmission to the engine today to get it ready for installation. One last tribute to the fwd this was my attempt at 700whp with cyclone intake.
