I'm looking for a budget t3 flanged exhaust manifold. All I've been able to find are $1000+ pieces and I'm not looking to spend nearly that much. I would actually prefer to run the stock manifold or FP but the cost of an exhaust housing with wastegate flange would offset the savings of the cast piece

While on topic, what's the biggest turbo you can mount on a stock manifold? I'm looking to be in the 500whp range. Thanks guys

Youll definately max out 1000's on the bolt on hx40 if not itll be close like 80%IDC if i recall

If you are still looking for a manifold this winter and havnt found one i can make you one that is pretty simple stock placement out of sch10 304Ss purged and ported(same material all the good manifolds are made out of stm, jmf, ETS, etc..)I'm just not setup right now due to a move in the works.

can you PM me a price on a manifold (for when you can build one)

UrbanSmoker what type of manifold are you going to build?

If it is another stock location 7cm outlet I dont think you will sale much.

If you build a unit that is twin scroll for a holset and places the turbo in a spot where you can still use a full size radiator people would buy it. A nice 3" O2 housing with dual recirculated wastegate setup would be killer!!! Power and stealth quietness!!

The cheapness of Holsets would offset the cost of the manifold and down pipe from a user stand point. Design it around HX40 or HX52.

HX40 in a bep 55 housing has done 680hp at the wheels (Turbosharky) so a twin scroll unit with larger AR housing would easliy hit 750-800. What more do you need from a junk yard turbo?

I found someone who builds manifolds for extremely cheap ($200 for log and $300 for ram horn) but he's 28 hours from me and needs the car to make the manifold fit with the turbo
