I was hoping someone could take a look at my log. I recently blew a head gasket and decided to put my spare cylinder head on with a bunch of porting work done to it. I also switched to some FIC 1650cc injectors. The car almost sounds like it has a bunch of misfires. I have some white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I used ecmlink's calculator for the global fuel setting. I tried using the data sheet that came with the injectors and put in the voltage offset, but the car was running really rich and it was stuck in open loop mode. O2 sensor would not cycle. So I switched it back. I was hoping someone could check the log and see what they think. It's at the bottom. Thanks.

Here's a couple problems I notice,
1. your airflow should be around .25 and you are over .50
2. Tps volts are at .61 and need to be at .63.
3. Your Omni 4 bar at baro is not working either for SD as it is stuck at 30.1inhg.
4. Your other boost source shows -8 to -9, do you have cams? If not it should be between 18-20inHG for either the Omni or boost source.
5. Your ISC is failing as well as at the end of log it drops to 11. Should stay around 30 or so.

Can you post a log at full temp 186 or above? Can you also use the FIC battinjsettings?

I have another log here. I put in the FIC battinjsettings and put the deadtime at 0. My tps volts are at .63 now. My omni 4 bar is set to display as MAP on the graph. It's reading roughly -9 to -11. I have HKS 272 cams. One thing to note is that with my other head and injectors I had Devin at Boostin Performance tune my car. When he was done my airflow per rev was around 45. That is how my car has always ran. It's never been close to the recommended value. Maybe it has something to due with the fact that it is a 2.4 Liter. Thanks for the help so far.
