Great job on the build so far! Everything looks perfect and definately shows you appreciate this dying breed haha. I am about the only 1g dsm cruising in Phoenix LOL. One of a kind for sure man great creativity. Don't let that 3-4 mth delay get u down! You will always have something to do on these cars.

Nice on the windows. Do you have a UPC code or anything for the polycarbonite? (plexiglass). Also, what hip width pro cars did you get?

its lexan not Plexiglas and here, You'll want 1/4" for the front, and can get away with 1/8" for the rear quarter and rear hatch. You'll want to reinforce the front with a metal strap if you drive somewhere over 120mph as the windshield will start to wave around. I can't speak for their door windows as I made my own before learning about the company.

i picked this up from home depo it was $99.95 for the big sheet i got.

just so you know the difference... lexan is unbreakable you can fold it and it wont brake as in Plexiglas you just bent it a little and it snaps dont ever use Plexiglas for windows the vibration from your car will shatter them. plexiglass will also crack when putting in the rivets and more likely to chip and crack when cutting and drilling

update... picked up some brand new front hubs today!!! put my arp wheel studs on the hubs, but i still gotta put them on the car -_-. so as of right now im working on putting in new front cv axles from auto zone, the rears are gonna be fully built ones, or i might even go with a ford 9" rear not to sure yet, both will cost the same. but im doing the front suspension now, well at least started it, gonna put all new linkage and ball joints, prob gonna go with some type of chromoly set up. but any where heres a pic.

Did you put any type of seal on the plexiglass? I've been wanting to ditch my sunroof for a while, but I need something that'll be rain proof.

yes i used the same sealant as in the picture above, and dont use plexiglass!!!! ONLY USE LEXAN!!! there is a difference, plexiglass is very brittle, lexan is super flexible.
