That's a crazy looking dsm, the aero looks like it would fly :p
Your title caught my attention but nothing to see OMG
Sounds like you are having fun with it! :D
Yeah it's a poor post right now. Sorry. Im out of town on work right now but I'll update when I start with my new phase of work. As for the plane LOL all the pics I have of the car were to large to upload so I had to adjust the setting and just take a pic of somthing haha.

Well I just have my phone and I can't seem to figure out a way others then setting a lower rez.

Well finally home from work. Took the car out this morning to clean it up and pick up some paint for the valve cover I picked up on here a few weeks ago. Should have pics of that up tonight.

Alright so I had to make a few upgrades to my garage.

I sanded down my new valve cover and cleaned it up for paint.

And here it is installed turned out ok I could have done better but it's not leaking oil anymore so that's good.

Ok so poly mounts are done it like it and my mounts had seen better days. I got bored last night and decided to do the new axel seals. But of course I couldn't just do that. My brakes had been painted red some time ago I'm guessing. So I took the brakes off and got all the old paint off

What fitting are you using on your dremel? I'm gonna be tackling the same task in the very near future.

The large sanding band for taking paint off and the cone shaped stone for removing the thick rust and crap that's in the corners. The first picture is all a result of the cone shaped stone bit.

Ok so I have been hard at work and here's the results!

Just kidding I picked this beauty up from a friend who left the country to travel and need to give the car a home. I'm very happy to have it and will be continuing to post on the build thread the car has on here. http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/my-1g-dsm-story-1990-tsi-awd-clean-street-machine. As for the red car Im sad to say I had to sell it with the addition of the new car. I hope it continues to be brought back to life by its new owner.

hey for the calipers you can take them apart and sit them in a can of carb cleaner overnight, strips them down to bare metal, then rebuild for like $13. Berryman chem dip is what its called I think.
