7bolt build need help my max HP range?

I have a 97 7 bolt DSM started with maintenance and rebuilt the whole engine. Eagle H-beam rods and wiseco 8:1 pistons
ARP studded everything
Everything has been ported polished.
255lph intank rewired
A fmic big enough to never max out.
Big 16g for now on a nice tubed header.
550cc injectors



I'm shooting for a safe drive around town/race car. I have other vehicles so this will be the fast one.

I would hope for 550/600 HP but if I can safely go more I will.

What should be my goal psi and what tdo5 turbo will get me there?
And what extra things do I need to buy/re buy?
I have gauges MBC etc
 
Max HP you will make on stock 550 injectors is going to be 420hp that's if you upgrade your turbo or make it into a bastard 20g turbo. I would recommend upgrading these and getting Dsm link to start.

None. You could go HX40 in a bolt on BEP housing and get there. An FP Race Mani would be nice. What fuel are you wanting to use?
 
DSM link is ordered. I have greddy emananage blue sitting around in the garage if I needed to use it.

I can go bigger injectors $ isn't a big deal I just knew 550 was the biggest I could go without needing stuff.

As for fuel I have e85, 93 pump, and race gas all at the same gas station by me so what ever the build asks for.
 
a gt35 should get you to 5/600. you'll need a 40 size if you want more. I like to run E85 all the time because less detonation etc and it makes more HP anyways.. I dont know if a td05 could make this much HP.

I weld and can do fab work so it can be anything but like the convenience of bolt on for when it's time to get new things.

A gt35 is a tdo5?

And what all do I need to make it run on e85?
 
Also I'm running a stock radiator with a rewired single fan do I need to upgrade? And what temperature should I be running? Stock thermostat I think opens at 110 degrees but also know NASCAR runs 210 degrees to get the most HP out of an engine.
 
No. TD05 is for mitsu turbos. You won't get there on a TD05/H turbo. What you're doing has been done time and time again with great success using Holsets Which will out spool and flow the Garrets of the same size. Plus it can just bolt up to the manifold in a BEP housing. Since you have link now look into getting some 17500cc injectors and a FPR along with a big pump like a 450lph. I say go E85 also. You'll need all that stuff plus a stainless fuel filter and maybe make your own -6AN lines going into a stock 1G rail.

You can't compare these to nascars. They couldn't be more different. As far as cooling, I hope you're IC isn't so big that not enough air gets to the radiator. A Mishimoto with some fan that actually flow well would be nice. Just make sure they'd clear the turbo.
