I just wanted to get everyones thoughts on this turbo setup.

BW S366 .91 T4 twinscroll dual wastegate w/ a twinscroll manifold

I've done some research and snooping around, but not too many people are using this turbo. But when I do come across someone with this setup, the hp/tq and response statistics are phenominal.

Tell me what you think? Pics, hp numbers, spool statistics, and last but not least, PERSONAL EXPERIENCE?!

And another piece of info... I'm looking to run this setup on a built 6 bolt 2.0RPM

Thanks!

:hellyeah:

Hmm... I think I'm still going to have to look into the s366 .91ar. Im looking for big top end. Maybe one day they'll sell the billet wheel for the s366 for a more reasonable price! LOL.

But again... will the kelford 272's be able to produce/ maintain power for this turbo @ 10,000rpm? With about roughly 45psi of boost. All supporting mods included.

Maybe i confused you? I'm talking about a billet wheel for the s366 .91 ar twinscroll. Same size wheel, just in billet form.

Hey rhamlinii... What setup are you running. Turbo specs, cams, 2.0 or 2.3? tuning, fuel setup? boost? I want it all! LOL

The turbo is a t3 366, and im using old HKS 272/ 272 cams. 85mm bore 2.0 turbo block w/ oil squirters removed and blocked. Stock turbo crank w/ rods and pistions. Ecmlink is used for tunning. Runs were done between 33-36 psi for the entire run. C16 was the fuel that was used, and that was without nitrous. I just got the id 2000, so im looking forward to run e85 and e98. I had two bosch o44 on it already, when it ran that time with 1200cc injecters. I also got kicked for not having a cage so only one pass was really done. Ill get it cagged sometime in the near future.it only made 662 awhp on a dynojet at 33 psi.

I'm using the Bullseye S366 T4 .91 divided. On the regular cast wheel, I went 10.31 @ 140 and 10.38 @ 143mph with 1.8 60fts. This was also done on 93 octane + 50/50 meth injection. ~35-36psi on a fairly conservative tune.

I was able to do some testing for Bullseye at the end of the season last year with a batmowheel s366.
I hit full boost ~1800rpm faster. I raced it at an event, but never launched the car. Rolling out of 1st gear, I was running 10.5 @ 142 at 33psi with 2.1 60fts.

I have since upgraded to a true divided manifold courtesy of RedJack Racing and I'm also testing the new double batmowheel from Bullseye.

I have since installed a set of Race Components 2200cc injectors to use with E85/98.

I expect mid 9's @ 150mph if I decide to launch the car. My 300m transfer case from Devo2ning comes in today, so I hope to have everything dialed in real soon. This turbo hits HARD, and the top end seems to be limitless. I easily pickup 32-34mph on the back half. Not too shabby if you ask me. Yes, I do drive my car on the street often. :)

you said you hit full boost 1800 rpm faster with the batmowheel s366 but at what rpm were you hitting full boost?

Its going to vary from car to car. On the batmowheel, I was hitting 30psi at 5500 to give you an idea. Now, that doesn't mean you'll hit full boost on the regular s366 as late as my car did. I'm just simply reporting the results I found on my own setup.

So you're saying you weren't hitting 30psi till 7300 rpm on an s366 but still ran a 10.3??? That just doesn't add up. What gears were u running and when were u shifting?

When we first put my car together, it would spool really late and I actually thought I made a mistake putting the s366 on my car. After some tunning with the air/fuel ratio's at full throttle it spooled almost by 5000 but it puts you in your seat hard. Timimg, didn't really have as much of an effect on spool up as some would make you think. My readline is 8750, but I shift at 8500. On the big end, my car really wakes up. The power band is extemely wide. My 3rd gear ends at 115 mph. I still use the no lift to shift in 1st- to- 2nd and 2nd-to-3rd to save the sycro's in the transmission. I'm hoping switching to e85 or e98 may promote more exhaust to go with the 33% more fuel, and hopefully spool faster.

Yeah, pretty much. I use evo 3 1st gear, stock DSM 2/3/4...shifting about 8800-9000.

Here's a better idea of what my car does. Seems OK to me.

Here is mine dyno sheet.. spike to 46PSI, since 6500rpms 36PSI boost to 9k.

Can anyone send pic of their s366 dyno sheet??? wanna see characteristic of power curve. I think my max power should be at 7500rpms..(cus of 46PSI boost spike)
Anyways, My numbers seems pretty LOW:cry:

Running wally in tank- antisurge tank - Twin BOSH 044 pumps- Fic 1650csBM(they are on max....She must do POWER....so why so low numbers???
Thanks

Anyone running any "bolt on" billet wheel(except batmo)??

Does anyone have any real data (airflow, A/F change, dyno numbers) to compare oem vs billet in same boost level..??

Looking at boost lab billet bl366
BL366-HF Turbocharger
66mm S300 - Boost Lab, Inc.

BEP doing some billet wheel too..

Heard both wheels should add 10-15% airflow..OEM s300 91/79 comp wheel flows 78LBS/min this billet wheels should flow about 85-90Lbs/min. That sounds pretty sweet..but those numbers are NOT proven
