full motor trans and wire harness swap wont crank no fuel

took all wiring and motor and trans out of a 95 gs and put it into 98 rs. everything was almost in the same place. have everything hooked back up. wont engage starter. can hear the relay click but fuel pump doesn't kick on. change everything over. cant figure it out. checked crank and cam sensors both are hooked up and making connection. have parts car and good shell. both ran. had to swap motor and trans due to the 98 having 40k more miles on engine and the auto transmission was stuck in second gear so the motor was ran that way for some time. i bought both cars so wasn't taking the risk of motor blowing on me. any help or ideas what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated. not new to dsm but don't have a whole lot of experience. have time limit on where they are stored.
 
ok. im going to go where they are for a few hours today. its not cranking at all. can hear the fuel relay kick on but thats as far as it goes. i did check almost every connection yesterday until it started raining here. thank you btw
 
could the ignition switch itself be causing it? i can switch it out. i have to leave for a few hours now but ill be back as soon as i can
 
put jump pack on it and nothing. i did switch all relays. full harness swap. internal and external. going over in a couple hours or so gonna check all sensors and make sure they are hooked. yes both are n/t. 420a. going to check main ground to. it was setup differently before the swap.
 
well found a couple clips that werent tight enough. battery pack was to dead to turn it over but on the plus side of things i have fuel now and starter did try to engage
 
jump pack puts out 13 volts. its getting charge at the starter. just not kicking it to the flywheel. starter may have went out or may need to clean off the terminals on it. will a auto starter work on the manual transmission? i have one there with the cars
