Anyone know what the problem could be for power not coming out the power seat plug coming from car? Is there a fuse ?

check if the wire is frayed anywhere or corroded with possible water leakage, but if you have power to your windows the wire must be cut somewhere down the line.

Most commonly, the ground corrodes right underneath the seat. Can I ask what are you using to check power and ground and how are you doing it. I would assume you are using a DVOM probing the two pin connector coming out of the floor. IF you are doing that, you need to verify you have a good ground. Otherwise you will think you have no power when in truth you have a bad ground and you do have power. So please report back and we can decide where we need to start.
