What version of the 68HTA was this?

In fact I do
Gofer is the man, and has an impressive build. I will admit I do think his also does spool quite slow but he makes impressive power. I hit 20 PSI @ 3700 with FP2s, JMF Street SMIM, DNP manifold, Q45 TB, 28x12.5x3.5 bar and plate intercooler, etc. However with all that being said I had the 7cm housing and the TD05H turbine so quite a bit different from urs and even gofer (he has the 8 cm housing on his). In no way was I bashing, I was just surprised how slow it spooled. I do agree with Gofer that the new TD06sl2 sized turbine wheel will have a much flatter power curve and hold power better past 6500 than a single scroll TD05H variant, you just have to give up a little spool for it (more than I thought).
even the larger turbine and housing doesn't seem to be holding power much better in higher RPM. ECU controlled boost solenoid helped a lot of my issues on my Evo with that.
Yeah I was gonna run a grimspeed 3 port electronic boost controller but just stuck with the manual for now...should try the other one and see how that differs.
Below is an initial tuning log of a 3rd gear pull and some screenshots from that log. Again, this is on E85, stock cams, and FP's new 68HTA. Turbo specs below.

Brett I have a question, You said you're running the new 68HTA
But the new 68hta (71hta) is actually a td06 cover correct?
Sorry, I'm just trying to clear it up as I wasn't sure if it was a mistype or not, I was under the impression we had the same turbo
I'm actually backing away from it and shifting back into an evoIII, I feel that I may at some point regret it but ATM full boost at 4k isn't working out for my daily driver.
If I wanted great spool and good performance on a daily driver, I'd stick with an Evo 3 16G, a bastard 20G, or maybe even the original TD05H 68HTA variant. Namely, I'd stick with a stock frame turbo with a TD05H turbine. That's not only the best bang for your buck, but they perform awesome, and are easy to repair and maintain of need be.
11 is the AFR in the "MIN" column, if you look under the "MAX" column it shows boost @ 25.5psi.I'm thinking the dyno sheet isn't listed correctly saying 11psi is 313hp / 305tq. Thanks for your update though! It's nice to see guys still playing with this little guy! I sold my 68hta a while back, and sorta miss it!

Great numbers for pump gas on a Mustang dyno. Have any idea about the RPM you hit 25.5psi, I don't see any RPM data on there other than min/max. Just trying to see what spool-up looks like on this version of the HTA68 since that's what everyone seems so concerned about.
