Hello all my name is Zack. I don't have a DSM because it's simply not big enough for my family. With a wife and 3 kids (4th on the way) I had to have a bigger vehicle. Which leads me to why I am here. We outgrew our RZR so I am building a SandRail. While thinking of motor choices the 4G63T popped into my head. I figured it would be a great choice. Why not build the same HP with way less weight. l have been lurking the forum for about a month to get general information on these motors. I have a general idea of what I want to do but I also wanted some input of what others might do. My goal is 750 whp, but I plan to do so in 3 steps. (450,600,750) this gives me a chance to grow with it.

As of now I don't have anything. I am looking to purchase a motor in the next month or so. I have been looking at buying a built bottom end, then sourcing all of the other parts and just purchasing the upgrades I want in the process.
The next option would be to buy a complete 4g63t and rebuild
The final would be to buy a N/T 4g63 and convert it over.
Anyinput would be appreciated I already have a list of parts I have been looking into and I will share if anyone is interested. I am just leaving it out to keep my post shorter
