I rebuild engine 6 bolt for mine 95 gsx in this moment,if is good stuff ,i can rebuild this ,togheter with this setup i have magnus intake manifold ,750cc inj, eagle rod ,arias pistons,1g or 2g ported head ( i see later),ecm link, fmic, etc etc.
My goal is 450/500 whp.

my friend told me that this is AGP rs60 ,modified hot side(reducer diameter) and ceramic bearing on the cold side.
play side by side is not good,so i have send the turbo to machine shop for rebuild.
so them tell me which parts i have.
O2 Housing is hand made and very ugly. i need of new one.

Most AGP turbos are Turbonetics-based. Some of the older units did indeed use Garrett parts, but I've never seen an AGP turbo come with a Bullseye turbine housing. Doesn't mean it's not possible- these companies all shared parts a good bit back in the day. This definitely predates any of the stainless Bullseye housings that were made, so 2007 or older for sure.

The red-anodized seal plate on your example may indicate a Turbonetics CHRA was used....it's tough to tell. Garrett never offered anodized seal plates on T04E turbos, however.

Without wheel specs it's anyone's guess. 7-blade compressor could be a T04S 60-1 wheel, but it honestly doesn't look big enough just from the photos. Hopefully it's on a T31/TA34 turbine at the very least- could potentially be a pretty decent setup, but that giant wastegate is pretty ancient and should be replaced with something more modern and a little more-compact.

Thanks a lot for your information.
I appreciate that.
I let you know wheel spec soon.
you have right, this wastgate it's real giant, replace this in the future!!

The more I look at it, the more I think it's an older Turbonetics CHRA....mainly because Garrett never used 12-point compressor locknuts on T04B/T04E/T04S turbos, and I can see two nice chunks taken out of the compressor locknut which shows it's been balanced on a VSR....and VSR balancing was never required or utilized by Garrett on T04B/E/S units.

Rebuild should be pretty simple- any 360* thrust T04E parts kit should work as it appears the turbo has a 1/4" shaft from the photos. Make sure you mark the alignment of the compressor wheel/locknut/shaft prior to disassembly since it's clearly a VSR-balanced turbo.
