So I'm looking to pick up some used parts from a local guy for my build and he's got a 16g turbo but it's blank it doesn't have any badges or numbers or anything how can I tell if it's something good or I'm getting ripped off for an eBay turbo. The guy has no clue what it is as well please any hints to what I can do to find out what kind of turbo I'm looking to get.
