I have a lead on a source forJapanese auto parts but need the part numbers to order.

I found tons of articles on the canister but nothing on the actuator.

Any body have it? One alternative is vin of a car it came on.

Let me know, I'll continue searching.

I have one with a blown diaphragm. I didn't see any marking or stamping at all.

Thanks for looking though.

Yup, read all these articles at least 3 times. If this source I found is ligit, I'm hoping to order a bunch of stuff all at once because it will be coming from Japan so shipping will be easier.

I have no problem modifying this to work correctly, the Toyota actuator is almost the same thing and available for about $15. It just drives me nuts I have the part numbers for everything else but this. I found the white vacuum reservoir and was only listed for about $30 so was hoping to include the actuator among others. If not I'll make do but one of my traits has always been rare or hard to find cars/parts.

If you can get specific part numbers, I can get you in touch with a trusted source for new OEM Mitsubishi parts in Japan. I ordered a few parts from this person when I was putting my 3000GT together.

Yup that's exactly what I'm after. So far this site looks legit. I found it through some Japanese auto sites and this one had an option for English text. You have to look up by part number or vin but so far I found the prices are really good too. I'm trying not to spill the beans just yet in case it doesn't pan out. That has happened to me where I'll buy a JDM part then get a refund and letter that they actually don't have it and will remove from catalog. But I can't do much without the P/N.

Or if anyone has the VIN or body style the cyclone came with. Then it will give me the MD#

Good news and bad news. I found the part number but, it's only offered for the entire lower assembly. Mitsubishi never gave it a specific part number it's only sold as an assembly.

It makes sense, the vac reservoir was used for a variety of applications.

The actuator is unique to the manifold, just like the butterflies. Can't buy those either but have to buy the assembly.

So that is why there is no info on it. For now I'm going to get the Toyota actuator.
