So I just bought a 90 GSX. I have had multiple DSM's and this one has me stumped. I bought the car from a friend since he kept dumping money into it. The car has aftermarket turbo ebay 20g, FIC 750cc injectors, walbro 255, aeromotive fp regulator, Innovatie LC-1 and ECMlink V3. I got the car after it got a new headgasket and timing belt done at a local shop and it ran rougher then it did before, "because" they broke the injector clips. So I ordered new and solder them on did not help. I checked spark with a tester, tested good. Pulled the coil pack off and it Ohm was in spec. Pulled injector clips plugged in noid lights and that works. Tried starting while logging and O2 sensor shows change, the car does not have a MAF sensor only a GM 3bar MAP sensor but it does show around 3 to 4 grams of air while cranking. Pulled CAS sensor and put engine on top dead center and it is good. And compression on cold motor is around 110 across the board. Am I missing anything? Attached is my log

how about fuel pressure? is injectors scaled down and tuned? and is the gm maf set up for the ecu? a gm maf won't cause it not to start though. just idle bad

So no MAF but a gm 3 bar MAP sensor? If all you have is a map you should be running speed density yet you don't even have ecmlink set to log the MAP sensor let alone run the car using it. If no MAF you need to set your base MAF to speed density then tell the ecu where to find the MAP signal in ecu inputs. Also if your trying to run speed density you should have an intake temp sensor installed so the ecu can properly calculate airflow. You can run SD without an intake sensor but it isn't recommended. Go to ecmlink wiki site and read how to properly setup speed density or just put a maf back on. Judging from the info given and the settings in log, your car isn't starting because the ecu setup is incorrect.
