Currently I am running a single walbro 450 with fic bluemax 1650's and a Fp green XL. I have pretty much maxed out this set up as I am at 90% duty cycle on e85. I am wondering if the full blown dual tank set up can run 2 of the walbro 450's? From what I've found, people use 2 of the 255's. Or is there another option that I am not aware of?
Thanks in advance.

Can always run the dual pump setup with dual 340lph pumps or wire in an in line 255 or Bosch 044 with your current 450 just remember which ever route you decide to make sure there's enough to properly feed the pumps without overloading the wiring

I've been wondering the same thing. I'm currently running an in tank 450 and feeding an inline 044. I appear to be running out of fuel at around 36 psi of boost indicated by 90% IDC. I'm tempted to buy another 450 to replace the 044 to see if I can make both 450's fit in tank and run in parallel with two -6 bulk head fittings on the fuel hat, running to a dual -6 inlet, single -8 outlet (that I already have) Y block. I found your thread doing some searching to see if anyone else has fit two of these pumps on a 1g hanger.

I found a thread over on the 3000GT/Stealth boards where a guy was able to fit dual 450's in tank, by kind of slipping one pump in at a time and connecting the 2nd fuel line/tightening a worm gear clamp after the whole assembly is half-way in the tank. I'm just not sure how similar in size the 3000GT tank access is compared to a 1G.

I'll definitely update this if I make it work.

Here is a quick look at my dual pump set up. I'm using 255's but the 450 pump should work similarly. Altough you may have to be creative if the pump diameter is much larger.

I have 2 10ga wires running from the battery to dual relays being triggered by the factory pump power wire. I have 4 10ga wires for power and ground running directly through a hole drilled in the top of the sending unit for the pumps themselves. Pumps are grounded to the spare tire bolt.
