But being that its starting to peel probably from UV and high heat when ur car bakes in the sun. Best would be to get a new one. Re-gluing will only work temporary until it heats up.

Woodscrews..... just kidding. You probably won't have much luck finding a used one that's better shape. They all do it eventually, and the new ones are insane money. I've removed the bag from the dash and used headliner and trim adhesive. Just heat up the cover with a hair dryer to get it pliable, pee a little under the flap and rewrap it, then put it on a pillow upside down with some weight on it overnight. Worked great...

"Pee a little under the flap"?
Gorilla glue with gorilla tape to hold it down. Peel off the tape after a day or two and use some wd40 to remove any tape residue. Don't even have to remove it.
