I'm performing the outlander big brake swap on my 91 talon. My problem is when I put on the rotors with the new bracket I get rubbing between them. Its not constant rubbing. Its only on one side. I tried adding a washer to the bracket bolt to give it more room. That didn't work. I put a level on the rotor to see if its warped and it doesn't seem to be at all. They are brand new rotors from brakeperformance.com., brackets are from rockauto.com. Then I went to the junk yard and got new brackets, that doesn't help. I even tried put the old rotor and bracket back on and that rubs now too. I tried putting a few lug nuts on just the rotor the make sure it as flush as possible. I checked behind the rotor to make sure the mounting surface was flat and derby free and it is. Its a new to me car and I've only driven it once but it didn't have any rubbing sounds at all. I'm lost and don't know what else to try.

Thanks
Pagan

yea bolted on tight. as far as I can tell it cant really be put on incorrectly. only goes on one way. This ones got me real confused. Is there anything else that could be warped?
