Hi everyone,

I have an opportunity to pick up a schwitzer s200 from a friend for 150$. Its from a generator with only 5 hours on it, but I'm worried about fitment. How does this turbo compare in size to an hx35? Would it be possible to use a t3 adapter with a stock or fp manifold and clear the block/water pipe? If anyone out there is running one of these could you tell me about your setup?

Also on an unrelated note I'm doing a timing component change on a jdm 6 bolt, and I'm finding it impossible to get the balance shaft belt on. There doesn't seem to be enough clearance around the metal plate bewteen the balance shaft gear and timing belt gear (behind crank pulley). Do I need to remove the 1/2 drive crank gear to do this? I was under the impression that I didn't.

Thanks,
Eric

Compressor looks very small judging by the machinable area of the inlet shroud. I'm going with 46mm/not worth messing with, although I could be wrong. Definitely nowhere near a HX35 in terms of potential.

....and yes, you need to remove the crank pulleys to service the balance belt properly.

I found the BW part number to be 319351 if that's helpful in determining the compressor size.

I believe that the CHRA part number is 318439.

From searching it seems as though the stock diesel engine produces 162hp so I'm leaning towards it probably being the 46mm compressor.

Still not sure though
