Great build and awesome all around car. What does your car weigh if you don't mind sharing.

I have a VERY similar setup but auto. This makes me crack a smile. A big smile LOL can't wait

It was 2320 at the shootout without me. It's getting a cage over winter but will lose that weight with fiberglass/carbon doors and maybe a tubular subframe. It could still have the front end tubed, which i haven't decided on yet. The goal is to have it 2200 without me. I'd like to build it around the WCF True Street kind of class, which needs it to be 2400 with driver. I'm about 205 so that would put me right there.

When that boost hits you'll be like ..... whoaaaa. I think once you get up in the high 700s to 800s it becomes the holy shit level. The car just covers a ton of ground really quick. 4th gear feels like a timewarp!
Kick ass get some 9s

9s should come easy on a full pass. I'm setting the bar high and going for an 8!

What exactly is taken out of the car? That's good weight already gone would be even lighter after the tubed and carbon fiber parts!

Jesus...Still making power at 9k...

There is a lot to list but the major things are

-no heat/ac/power steering
-sparco seats
-no rear seats
-carbon fiber hood and hatch
-FAL rear window
-chromoly tubuar front crossmember and rear mustache bar
-TCE/ wilwood front and rear brake kit
-front "north south" bar delete
-no front sway bar
-engine wiring cleaned up
-door crash beams cut out
-sound deadener scraped on floor
-coilovers vs kyb/eibachs saved some weight
-Volk TE37 SLs and MH 24.5x8" slicks are around 25-27 lbs together per corner

and engine stuff like no balance shafts, twin disc, JMF drag manifold, front facing OFH. They're little things but they do add up to a lot.
