From the factory there's 3 grounds I know of.
One on the trans side of the motor, the intake manifold and another that I cannot recall as of right now.

I've now go a SMIM on my car so the factory ground point is gone, should I run one to one of the lower studs on the IM?
I've also got a ground running from where the factory ground was on the trans side of the motor to the negative battery terminal, I'll then run another from the terminal to the chassis.

Any other grounds I should add/have?

You only need to grd the intake if you still have the power transistor and coils mounted on the intake.

I've got a COP set up now and my transistor is mounted inside the cabin.
Guess I'll leave the IM one out.

I added grounds to my set up, in no way can it hurt. I actually followed this guide 8 years ago: http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/homemade-4-gauge-grounding-wire-kit.75889/

I added a ground from my rad to my chassis because my thermo switch in the rad is not oem and ground the sensor to the rad, didnt want current running through my coolant so it could ground.

Those seem a bit much,
I think I will add another ground to the block and one to the head once I locate a good spot that's out of the way (I hate having a tucked bay LOL).
