I currently have a 1992 eagle talon awd I finially have almost come to the conclusion on my build.
im just missing a few items that don't really matter(easy to get)

Id really like to put the 4gcs engine I built into a mighty max. Im hoping some of you could share the experiences you had with any of these.

How does the harness work? should I just take the entire harness out of the 1g?
Any kind of engine management for this?
Any light at all on this would be great. thank you.
ideal hp levels 500-600 hp
turbo gt35

The stock mighty max harness is not gonna work for the swap. You can swap the stock dsm harness in and then have the ability to run link or AEM plug and play stand alone. There are other options but these are the ones usually picked.

Since the might max 4g63 swap is very similar to a conquest/starion 4G swap you can get some great info by searching (project zero g). That site will also give you info about transmission options. Bill hitchner I believe makes bell housing adapters to run a few different transmissions.

I would love to see a properly built 4g63-based Mighty Max! Not too many built and standing.

Swap everything from your Talon to the truck. Your CAS and thermo will be facing firewall, need to be creative with that. You must have a 80s truck with the KM132 transmission. 90+ are wideblock and wont bolt to the DSM "narrow" block.

You will need MOAR CLUTCH.

Mightyram50.net has tons of info. Best of luck!

km 132 wont hold the power if you want to make 300+. I'm running an r154 on mine with one of Bills adapters, engine mounted with the factory MM mounts. I had to do some custom plumbing with an inline thermostat to avoid hitting the firewall

also figuring out a rear end should be a priority. the stock truck rear axle sucks, you can upgrade to a montero for cheap if you use junkyard resources or other options are out there. Im running a ford 8.8", which was also fairly inexpensive but a lot more work to get setup
