Ok guys I'm having issues going into boost once I hit operating temp. When the car is still a little cold like inbetween 130-160 degrees the car run great and hold a sold 14psi. Once the car gets to operating temp the car runs like poop even when starting to get into boost the car stutters and craps on its self then when it dose get into boost it won't hold 14psi it creeps almost up to 22psi. The previous owner had a maf translator on the car witch I remover and went back to stock mas. I'm running a full 3in turbo back, intake pipe, full short route FMIC, ported 14b with stock mani, hall man pro boost controller,K&N filter, NGK wires and bran new bpr6es plugs. And I do also have full V3 link converted to SD it's just not installed yet bc I need to get my wide band bung welded in. It's just stumping me that it runs perfect and when it's kinda cold then it gets hot and it's CRAP!!!, and even when it's hot and I start getting into boost it start stuttering and breaking up a little and I have to get of the throttle then get Back in it but it still has the same issues boost really slow then wants to spike go over 20psi...I'm stumped some help would be great guys

I think I'm going to double check all the gaps in my new plugs and throw in the other set of NGK wires that I know are good on, and also do a boost leak test again and see what happens...I'll keep you guys posted on what's going on

Are talking about the power transistor? And I think I fixed part of the issue I went up to my garage so I could swap in my other NGK wires, well as I was pulling them off I noticed the previous owner had the cylinder 3 plug wire in cylinder 4 and the cylinder 4 plug wire in cylinder 3. Now the firing order on the coil was correct just 2 of the wires were flip flopped in the cylinders. So I put my other NGK wires on....and on the right way. The car drives so much smoother and fixed about half of my problem but now I'm wondering if it is the PT. is that the one located right next to the coil pack with the long rectangle plug in it? If so I have 2 extras of those I could try. Now I need to figure out why I get a fuel cut inbetween 10-15psi

Could it also be something with the tune, possibly your coolant temp fuel delivery adjustment? Or maybe there is a rubber seal leaking somewhere once you get up to temp? Where are you hooking up your boost leak tester/plugging the other end?

I replaced the power transistor and I'm still having the same issues. And as for the boost leak test I use a rubber PVC end cap with a valve stem in the end of it and I clamp it on the turbo and have someone watch the boost gauge and fill it up with a compressor to about 20psi. The only place it leaks from is from the actual boost leak tester itself. I would also use soapy water in a spray bottle and spray everything down to look for leaks and there was none. As for the plugs I may try the bpr7's I have a bean new box of 6's I'm gonna try and swap them out. And as for tuning in on the stock ECU until I can get a new DSM link cable

OK good, that helps narrow it down a bit more. Checking vacuum lines would be helpful, too, although I assume that you have. Until you have access to tuning, do as was said above and check your plugs+wires.

Ok thanks guys....I just recently put an almost bran new set of NGK wires on they Mabey had 4k miles on them in gonna try a set of bpr7's tomorrow and see what happens and hopefully my new ECM link cable will show up in the mail tomorrow too
