So recently for $600 I aquired a couple of untouched 1g awd talons. When I say untouched I mean it. They are both totally unmodded, not even free mods. One is a 90 manual with moonroof the other is a 92 with the 6/4 combo as well as an asc installed electric sunroof. The 92 has been sitting since 2007 but has paperwork from a local shop for a rebuilt head. I swapped in a gsx interior to the 90. The 92 has a perfect red interior. Also put some 10th anniversary/evo v wheels on the 92 with koni adjustables and eibach sportline springs. I have some goodies lying around for them both but each need a turbo and various related nits/bits, however I am very excited about these little beauties. I have been somewhat out the scene for a while and this is a great way to get back in the game. Had to let somebody know .

Good shit! I love buying non runners for cheap. I missed a 1g Talon AWD with 90k for $300 and been kicking myself for not buying it. Just didn't like the dude's story. Probably was a great buy.

Ive been there before too. I just want to hear the truth from the previous owner even if the car is dirt cheap and obviously needs work. It's always helpful when youve got things torn apart to know wth went on last time somebody was in there .

On topic, off brand! Go ahead and make this the 'look what I picked up' thread.

1987 300zx, 90,000 miles. My 15 year old will be the third owner. Paint, body and interior are all ridiculously clean. Now for the part, paid $150, he was asking $200, I refuse to pay asking price, not the American way. Total barn find. Yes it runs, no it's not stolen, but I'll drive it like it was for the next 4 months until boy gets his license. I love California cars!

HA! I love it! Those z31s sure were fun. Sounds like quit the steal. I used to have one of those a while back, all I did with that car was rail thru twisties until traded it for a mildy built 69 gmc pickup that I traded for a 94 saab 9000 aero that I sold later on . Nice find!
