^^ I appreciate the feedback you've given. We purchased a GS 20g to replace the blown t25, spending $1000 just on the turbo right now was just not in the budget and still be able to get tuning, injectors, ect.

I would not run it for more than a year/10,000 miles, personally. It looks decent quality though and has ZERO shaft play, ofc its brand new...

We will see how it goes, its usually hit or miss with china parts.

Additional information. I am reviewing my log right now and I am see on the godspeed super 20g. It's flowing 53.6lbs a minute at 28psi.

I certainly can try to post the log. I have no place to upload it or host it though.

What do you mean? You can upload the log right here. Click the "upload a File" box in the lower right hand corner and select the log from your computer. It's easy as that.

Sorry dude, but I'm skeptical of any 20g flowing 53lbs/min. I'd have to see that log to believe it.

I will certainly try to get that uploaded tonight. I hadn't noticed that upload option. It's been a long time since I have been active on forums.

I understand your doubt and I don't blame you considering the turbo that is being spoken about. However, consider the FP green which flow 54lbs a minute. it's essentially a 20g turbo hybrid perse'. The FP Green also has a 8cm exhaust housing where this God Speed super 20G has the T3 10cm exhaust housing.

Without doing more research I couldn't compare the wheels on them or compressor housings. I will say without a doubt I am not taking the turbo off or apart at this time unless my car goes down for some reason. Then I would be able to get measurements. Until then I will have to go off of what I can find.

God Speed Super 20G
Model: TDO6H-20G-TDO5H-10CM2
Maximum HP Capacity: 500
Optimal HP Range: 300-450 HP
Mounting (turbine inlet)*: T3 style
Exhaust (turbine outlet)*: 3-bolt flange, part number H TZ-7180
Compressor Inlet: accepts 2 ½” hose
Compressor Outlet: accepts 2” hose
Oil Inlet*: 12 x 1.5mm straight thread
Oil Outlet*: 2-bolt flange, part number H TZ-7190
Optional water-cooling ports: included

What we do know on the God speed is the compressor is a td06h 20g and the exhaust side is a td05h 10cm. Should be looking for specs on those to compare to the FP green.

Simple put I don't see it that unrealistic that this turbo could be putting out near 54lbs a minute.

Log attached. My oldest is home today and was able to fire up the laptop so I can remote in and grab the log. As noted I will also refine the tune in the coming days. As I am honestly running 27-29psi approximately and 28psi ideally. So although this may not be the most accurate log. But, it does reflect the air flow correctly where you see boost in the 28psi ranges.

The FP Green also has a super-efficient billet compressor with an exducer spec that is 5mm-larger than a 20G, and a TD06-spec turbine where your Chinese 20G has a TD05H turbine.

Turbine flow has nothing to do with adding airflow to a turbo unless the turbine housing is acting as a restriction. You can't put a 10cm2 housing on a 16G and it'll suddenly make 55 lb/min...look at the Evo IX turbos which use a 16G-spec compressor and 10.5cm2 turbine housing.

Simply-put, the Godspeed 20G is a Chinese copy of a Hahn Super 20G....which is a MHI TD05H 20G with a 10cm2 T3 turbine housing. These turbos have been around forever....there's absolutely no magic in them whatsoever. It's the 20G that DSMer's have been using for 20 years with various turbine housings.

Look at any published compressor map for a 20G and plot 28psi (which would be around 2.90 based on (28+14.7) / 14.7) and you'll see there's physically no way that compressor can generate 53 lb/min at any point no matter how "close" you feel the compressor specs are to a billet HTA Green. Something just isn't right...either your calibrations are way off or you have a giant boost leak that is inflating airflow numbers to ridiculous levels.

"Pulling great" and "making 10 lb/min more airflow than any other 20G" are two different things entirely. If all cast 20G's were capable of 53 lb/min on various setups, then FP wouldn't have wasted a bunch of time creating hybrids like the ball bearing 3052 and DSM Green, either HTA or non.

I'm glad your Godspeed turbo is working for you right now...but it won't be that way for long. There are no upgraded thrust parts available for these turbos, and I've literally seen the thrust collar wear the entire way through the plate on knockoff 20G's that were abused.

JusMX you don't have to school me on turbo knowledge. I know you're the man when it comes to turbos.

I was just explaining in general terms that his car runs well for having a chinese turbo on it. I don't advertise chinese turbos nor have I ever bought one. But I know the situation he was in when he bought it. I'm happy it's working for him. Flowing 54lbs/min is not real, but that doesn't diminish the fact that it is running well and has been for several years.
