Alright hopefully I'm in the right place to post this
So I'll begin to say I'm useing a logger (palm with mmcd)
known issues is that I'm still useing the turbo fpr (I'm turbo to non turbo swapped) Whitch might be the issue itself can't afford a new nt one atm.
the one I got used failed on the junk yard car I got it off of I guess
So I've been haveing to reset my ecu to bring back the fuel trims to 100
And when I went on a road trip to shoot some stuff I got 28 miles a gallon ( 12 km a litre) and my fuel trims stayed 100% the whole time .... until I dropped my buddie off then all the sudden my fuel trims started to count up almost like a clock 101,102,103,104,105 ect.. in a matter of seconds
I was like cmon
Some other known things is my flex pipe that I replaced for safety two years ago pretty much unseated itself (pic below) not sure if the leak caused gases to go inside my intake and started raising hell cause its most likley been like that when it started not sure tbh
I'm running nt injectors with resister delete plug now and nt ecu but with the turbo fpr solenoid and fpr
not getting any check engine lights even know my fuel trim long term is maxed out at 139% I've tried to see if something is triggering it so that I can figure out what's up , but I'm pretty stuck now to be honest , so has any one had similar issues? (I did notice it starts when I take off not idling so far)
Ill be bandaidin the flex pipe with Teflon high temp tape and will be buying a brand new fpr asap and welding a new flex in
So what's causeing me to lean out my fuel trims? I may have anwnsered my own question I didn't wanna make a thread unless I needed to but it's getting annoying trying to figure out I've been told replace the fpr (obv) but will that fix it like 100% forsure?
Any help appreciated thanks
Ignition timing is at 7 degrees (I know should be five)
I'm gonna rewire my coolent temp sensor with the factory plug that I got
And car feels sluggish till around 2500 rpm (I'm useing the turbo auto tranny) it was rebuilt along with new head gasket, alt, starter , short block and head and mechanical timeing was spot on when the timing belt was replaced hopefully that's a good enough back storey sorry for the long post !
