i have a 1996 eclipse. Been looking at wings and I currently don't have one.. I was looking at one of these they look really nice, although they don't have one listed for my car 96 RS. Will it still fit or is there ways I can make it fit?

It will fit. That's a GS-T and GSX wing. I have an RS as my daily driver and I ordered one of those spoilers. You're just going to have to drill new holes to install it and cover the old ones from your old spoiler with Bondo.

Yeah.. Appreciate the reply man. But I don't have any old holes I never had a wing. And thanks man let me know how it goes and looks, it's nice wing.. Where did you order yours btw?

Even better if your hatch doesn't have any holes! You're just gonna have to drill the holes for the spoiler. And I ordered it off of Ebay. Mine came primered already and I just painted it the same color of my car.

I'm gonna get one soon it looks really nice. Thanks for your help

Glad you decided to go with the stock turbo wing instead of something crazy. You can order a lot of the stock parts from rockauto, although I'm not sure if the spoiler is on there.
Yeah it just looks a lot better than something stupid like the APR wings. But yeah mine never had a wing on it, no drill holes or anything. So I hope I find one and the skirts and bumpers of the 97

To find a hatch without the spoiler is rare. You should keep it and find a complete hatch/ spoiler assembly to swap. Do you realize how many people prefer the clean look of no spoiler, and get stuck dealing with the holes? I see hatch/high rise spoiler combos on craigslist all the time.

In case you need a template this idea will work the wing as well:

Hanging something like a surge protector when you're cleaning up wires behind your desk is a pain to get right. If you happen to have a photocopier sitting around, American Woodworker suggests you simply copy the back of the object for a simple template.
Because mounting surfaces are curved once the outline of the wing and the template are on the car you will see by how much you need to adjust each hole.

Should fit fine, like everyone's said already you just need to drill the holes. I'd suggest placing the spoiler exactly where you want it on the car, and trace the outline of each base onto the trunk. Then use paper or particle board and duplicate the bottom of each base along with the mounting hole location on each one. Then you can use that as a template to match up onto the trunk where you traced it out and see exactly where to drill.
