I have a VSRF for my 1g fmic Kit on my car, and I guess I thought it would clear the stock fan, well it didn't, and I live in sacramento and it gets hot and I want my ac, but I'll overheat with just one fan. , will a slim fan work or no because I've heard even then they can overheat. Right now I'm running the stock right fan. Suggestions?

slimline spal or mishimoto do you have a picture you have a 1g fmic for your 1g car or 2g ? my stock fan on my 1g works fine for years but I upgrading to a aluminum radiator with 2 slim line mishimotos soon.

I have this same intercooler and I recently installed a 12" slimfan from slimfan.com. I cannot say if I recommend this fan or not because the fan I installed quit on me after 1 week. I suspect that it couldn't handle the heat from the exhaust manifold. I contacted slimfan.com and they are sending me a new replacement fan. We'll see how this one holds up...
