Hi i have a few issues with boosting at operating temp.I have a complete stock awd gsx just changed the spark plugs with bpr6es ngk.I also just changed the plug wires with ngk. It will boost perfect and hold 13 pounds at wot then I will cruise for a second go yo get back in it and it craps on itself stutters hits fuel cut.It also won't do as often if I have my ac fan on can anybody tell me what's going on its pretty annoying thanks.

No wideband? How do you know it is fuel cut? Do you have any codes? Any logging software? What are your plugs gapped at? Make sure you didn't switch any spark wires. If its coming into boost and stuttering its more likely misfire then fuel cut.

Make sure those wires are seated if it wasnt doing this before the change
Plugs are gapped at 29. No I don't have wideband or logging software. Sometimes it will stutter sometimes it's like hitting a brick wall. I checked wires three times fireing order is correct. Its been doing this since I got it I'm just trying to chase the problem down. I took the ecu out,it had been remanufactured no smell or corrosion. Changed out mass air flow sensor. Check engine light goes on and off no pattern. Runs great sometimes then other times noticeably when at operating temp runs like i said.

Try turning the boost down a couple of lbs. Also the gap should be at least .028. I'd recommend even a closer gap.

I'll try turnin the boost down a little. I used to have a gvr4 that was able to boost at 14 no mods .Just seems odd to me thanks for the advice keep coming with suggestions please!

Gap them 25.
If not then 22

I'd also reccomend getting BPR7es. Which is a colder plug
Your tune changes depending on the density and temperature of the air, but I'm sure you have a maf so. Turning on the ac compressor also slightly changes your tune. Good luck!

im having the same issue with my boosted 420a and gonna follow this thread it runs perfectly and fuels correctly from cold starts boost perfectly fine no issues whatsoever and after reaching operating temperatures for about 10 minutes does the same thing as your issue at only 3 psi, just about the only thing I haven't changed but may be an issue is the Intake Air Temperature Sensor but I have no CEL's on mine

I'll try to change gap of spark plugs. Ill update when I do.Can it also be my cas just wondering,or my coil messing up when hot?

I have found the issue with my vehicle idk if it is the same as yours but considering we shared similar symptoms I figured id share with you. Inside the gas tank was dirty as my car sat for some time before I purchased it, causing blockage in the lines and improper fuel pressure. I flushed and cleaned it out and replaced fuel filter and problem solved. It was more of a issue boosting after the car had been driven around and the fuel had ample time to flow to pick up debris just giving it the appearance of only happening at operating temperatures. Id recommend probably either replacing or cleaning the lines and injectors (I haven't done myself yet but intend to as well as probably changing the filter again in another 1000) Hope this helps
