I will most likely be diving into this as soon as I finish my battery relocation. One thing at a time...

To completely rehash an old thread, anyone know what the part number is of the plug by this arrow? It fills the hole where the wiring for the AC comes through on a 1G.

Edit - Found it here: Oval body plug

Here's what I did on my current project. Don't mind the random hose laying to the right, I need to hook up a catch can:

I took out ALL the loom that was making up of all the bulk, and exposed all the bare wires.
Then I just electrical taped all of them 2 layers. Made them much easier to move and bend..Took me about 3 hours. Not bad bein Im not TOO mechaniclly inclined.
Job well done there man I'm gonna start mine tomorrow while I have mine on jack stands with the transmission out getting repaied

Anyone have an update if there is anyone that offers a tucked harness yet?

For the folks that have ABS and A/C removed can you use those 10A fuses from the engine bay fuse box for gauges and the fuel pump re-wire? I guess my only concern is that since the fuse box has a 12v feed from battery how will the gauges know to turn off?

I finally started tackling this, so bumping this from the dead. I did search this thread but didn't find a direct answer. I am removing AC and heat completely.

These are the relays in the fusebox harness and what I think I can delete:
A/C Comp. Cutch Relay - delete (leads to another harness)
Rad. Fan (HI) - ?? not sure which one to use for slim line fan wiring
Rad. Fan (HI) - ??
Rad. Fan (LO) - use wiring for 1 slim line fan
Cond. Fan (LO) - delete
Cond. Fan (HI) - delete

My plan is to use 2-10" or 12" fans and use the rad fan (HI) and rad fan (LO) relays so I retain both speeds. Just wanted to know what you guys deleted and what you kept (wiring color would help me out, too LOL
