Ran out of argon the other day and went to nexair. Get there about 30 min before they close and the guy tells me that they are all out of the 80cf tanks and that he would just give me a 125cf tank instead and charge the same price he would've for the smaller tank, which is $15 (he cuts me a deal on it usually anyways). So, fifteen dollars for a 125cf tank, i'm in love with nexair :thumb:

Oh yeah, latest practice piece..

Lol, thanks buddy. Yeah, it's nice not getting ripped off sometimes. Reminds me there are still some decent people left in the world.

As for pipe, just did it mostly for practice and i wanted it to outlive the car. See, a thousand years from now the car would parish but the pipe would still be floating around in space somewhere. :p

Is that sch40 pipe for a coolant pipe? If so, I think sch10 would have been more than adequate ;)
He wants it to last a thiusand years LOL a silicone hose would have sufficed too.

Any tips for these? Besides the usual common knowlege LOL

Nah you guys, that was a schedule 10 pipe, i wouldn't be crazy enough to use sch 40 for that :D Lol. I guess the picture makes it look bigger.

I used solar flux on it and it works great, the only thing is that it has a tendancy to come to the surface sometimes (little black specs if you notice). Other than that, it's awesome...full pen, no sugar.

UrbanSmoker, that is great man! Me too would love to build a manifold someday, i think it's a great challenge. It's hard as heck first time, i'm sure.
