No I made a wide channel through it, it's still there for the most part and has the top and bottom pieces holding the two halves together. Weighs a bit less now.. Hah

We'll truth be told that curt Is my very first car and first gen. Loved it to pieces. But I bought another one that's just an old pic of mine this is mine in the display now. I have seen maybe 4 or 5 this year to date in the north main area. I'm going to need to so some paint on mine this year. But I need to do the safety. And dual calliper big brake kit on mine. I got some from bucks off a dodge stealth that I think will work with some brake modification. But I'm sure it was a straight bolt on.
haha i was looking at that stealth in lot 2 at bucks ,

i go down main alot might have seen my laser before LOL
getting a full paint job done but plans have changed till next weekend damn rain..

yah I salvaged as much as I could for parts off the stealth because i know those cars and parts are a like diamonds in the ruff. I think I may have perhaps seen you laser running around. I have seen a Mitsubishi eclipse in my neighbour hood and every-time I see a DSM i just go and watch it and wish my car was ready to go but I need to free up the tires pretty sure the guy that parked it for a year or two the factory rims froze to the rotor. I almost grabbed the Mitsubishi eclipse rims that were at buck.

Getting close...

I'm trying to get it out for next Sunday, barring any actual issues.
I have plenty of pics and some stationary videos, but I have nothing in motion.. hell, I don't even know what it actually sounds like when you get on it. We will have to do some video sometime..

What wrong last year. I saw the intercooler pipe burst and you said it died on the chief bridge what all happened. But I don't think I read that far back in the thread to find out

Well, that's about it. The coupler burst, I had a huge lean spike, and I may or may not have done something else to cause it to want to pull 18% fuel from the mixture the entire way home. Don't know yet.. expecting to start it up today and see if it continues.
Oil pressure and vac (~-20) were perfectly fine, just an occassional miss to go along with all of it, as expected since the fueling was all whack.

I also, just to make it known, take little to no pride in the outward appearance of the vehicle in question. I am a little saddened by the yellowness of the fogs; they were not my original choice, but they were the best I could do at a cheap price from a reputable name. Spending more than $20 on a set of auxiliary lamps was out of the question. Damn you, Amazon.
The only thing I take any pride in regarding visual appeal is the ass end of the vehicle, which just so happens to have undergone quite a change code-wise with all sorts of new, neat features that will likely never get used.

Except maybe the audio VU mode :D

it lives! and no lasting issue from that blowout. looks like I might have remediated my high oil pressure too with the ofh porting (stage 2 LOL)
idle tune, closed loop tune, open loop tune,b16g, open loop tune, fun

good to hear!

Started to fabricate a little rear lip spoiler for my esi, Expandable foam is some fun stuff. If it turns out the way i want it ill probably end up selling them if the interest is high enough. Oh and the final product will be made of fiberglass not foam LOL, foam is just used to shape and make a mold of the spoiler.

Hey let me know how that back wing works out I am thinking of doing a little pouring foam and doing some slight visual upgrades on my ride. Did you get your materials from cargo east marine?

Glad to hear you got the beast up and breathing again. I'm hoping to get some money together soon to order my factory. T belts from STM along with all idler pulleys and so on.

On another note does anyone have a 2g turbo exhaust manifold that there will to part with?

I got one, ill see what condition its in first. $50 if its in good condition

alright no worries I mean that kinda the same issue im having with my 1g header ATM so was looking to upgrade to 2g for better flow and to cure the cracks on mine. I really wish cast wasn't so hard to weld with

Yeah that's the shitty thing about cast.. All will crack, eventually. However, all the 1g stuff was so crap. I had cracks all over and my 14b hotside is horrid too. Even the 16g hotside I have is cracked, mainly around the wastegate port, but minimal enough to not be a worry.

Took it out last night for some tuning, and I forgot how instantaneous the 14b is for packing on the psi. I'm using 205 18"s right now and they stand no chance still for grip in second past 3k rpm.
Going to spend today tuning.

Yah I was going to do some work on my car to get it sold and planned to investigate why my electric locks were acting up. As soon as I lock then they buzz at the contractor or controllers. But I went to rondex and a couple other places today to gather supplies to maybe do the body work on my eagle. I still need to get all my timing components ordered asap summer is only so Long :f-u:

man 20psi on the 14b is a hoot. flowing 26.6lb/min from it, pretty much maxed out @9.9:1 afr. I probably can lean it out a little bit, but I'd rather err on caution's side with 91oct. too bad our 93 is riddled with high ethanol. anybody know a good source for clean >91oct in this city?

16psi at 3200, 19 at 3500 and then held 20~ up to lift @4500.. keep in mind that my turbine wheel has all sorts of fin damage from the previous owner. looks like the tips melted, and it STILL responds like this and is tight. these things are tanks.

running a slightly modified evo8 timing map.

can't wait to see what the b16g does in third (since second gear is already a clown show with the 14b).. and speed density. the 2g mas is so touchy with the filter I have on it.

ah just read your pm now, i was waiting for you to pass by again and you did but i got stuck by almost every light and more traffic and couldnt catch up. Next weekend some of us should meet up.
