Well finally finished up the new motor and made it to our local heart breaker mustang dyno! New motor setup is just 10.5:1 Wseco pistons with Manley Turbo tuff rods, good valve springs and delta 272s. This was all done on a 7blade 60mm hx40 with the t4 twinscroll. Car ended up making 547hp at 40psi with 14 degrees of peak timing. From 13 degrees to 14 degrees we picked up 20hp! Added another degree and that is when the control twisted and popped out of the rear mount! I'm very happy with the new numbers and cant wait to get it to the track this season!
Around the 3min mark is when it starts getting real crazy on the dyno and watch till the end when the control arm pops out!

Thanks man I really appreciate it! I have tried a bunch of different ways to keep the bolts in but the only one that works and I dont have to constantly worry about is tack welding every bolt.

Yea moving closer to ohio come here n show our v8 boys whats up!!
I might just have to!!
Where at in Indiana? I'm near the very southern part with the same turbo:D
Very nice! Im moving to Evansville. How is the car scene down in this area? Im pretty excited Evansville has a local 1/8mile track!

That's awesome. I live an hour from Evansville and am there 2-3 times per week for work.

Car scene? Mustangs, camaros and diesels.

which t4 turbine housing are you using?
Not sure which it is because I could of sworn it was a 18cm^2 housing but I guess those dont exist so its somewhere around that size!

I'm assuming you have a tubular crossmember with no parallel bars. Paul Volk sells the k-member braces separately, makes a big difference in subframe strength. I noticed a 1/2" gap on the driver's side bushing before installing mine.

Ya I am running a tubular crossmemeber with no parallel bars, after this happened I just cut down the stock ones and it has been fine since!

Stop by Fort Wayne sometime! We've had a solid DSM club going on for 10+ yrs
Damn wish you guys were closer! But if Im ever in the area ill let you know!

I gotta pick up those cross members paul a great guy hour from me. Making a move to a larger city more e 85 there gonna go corn. Only about 3 stations here. Wondering what hp numbers I'll gain great job on the turn
