2.o non turbo 2nd generation manual transmission. Inside the bell housing where the input shaft is what is the roller bearing on the back side of the input shaft cause I opened it up and and it's on the bell housing let me no what it is and where is the input shaft bearing located,pilot bearing
 
I may be wrong, but... I don't think the crank has a pilot bearing for a standard, the auto's do though. Now I have a turbo car but my son's 97 Talon has a pilot bearing for his auto trans. My '90 has no pilot bearing and its a standard. MTC
 
It's in the transfer case side and it sits in the bell housing where the input shaft goes it's a roller bearing but what is it is no throw out bearing
