:dsm:Okay im going to keep this simple.

Install Fuel filter (no leak)
Install 255 Walbro fuel pump (haven't rewire yet)
Install FPR (no leak)
Install FIC 850cc

Before I install all these, engine was running strong, now it a issue after I install all these fuel system parts.
I also have dsmlink v3 full, I already setup information ecu input, Setup up my fuel injector size, gobal and deadline.
Now I use dsmlink to active the fuel pump, take vacuum hose out of FPR and adjusted it to 43-44 then put vacuum hose back on, unactive the fuel pump on link and start the car. The engine is running but not strong stable. Check out the video and please let me know what your idea. I'm kind of sad right now because I miss a lot of car show/meet but oh well, I cant give up on it.:dsm:

Sorry if you cant see the dsmlink on my laptop.

Instead of posting a video, it's better to post a log.

But in the video ThrotPos is at 12%, is someone holding the pedal down?

No as you can see nobody in the car in the video. Maybe I adject the cable too much when I swap to non cruise throttle cable but that not why the engine running weak. I think I still have leak somewhere.

With the car off but with the key on the on position right before actually turning over, start a log and press the gas pedal down 3 times and than run a tps adjustment. Get that throttle position to 0 super easy ecmlink does the work for you. Also log tps volts make sure it's set at .65

Okay thank I didnt know that, I will do it once I get home.

Make sure you press the pedal all the way down and than just right click on graph to bring up menu and select tps adjust. Also if you do this and throttle pos is still at 1% just go under your menu rpms and where it shows what the tps adjustment is just decrease by 1 until it reaches 0% but you have to save and check your log everytime you adjust.

Awesome glad I could help. How's it running now? I'm about to upgrade my fuel system next week, Evo 9 pump rewire, fuel filter, and 680cc injectors. Also are you still running a maf? If so do an idle log with link for maf comp to really dial in that idle.
yeah run better but still running low fuel pressure at 39. I already setup the fpr to 44 with the link while key on (car off). But tell me about the maf? Yes I still using the maf, I thought just leave the maf comp alone.

You're supposed to do 43.5 with the car running with the vacuum hose disconnected. It will drop with the hose connected due to the vacuum, and that is normal.

It 43.5 running engine without hose but engine still not running strong.

Wow. What a fail. All that ecu tuning talk and a boost leak test right after issue was noticed could have saved everything.

Sorry to rub salt in the wound here but.....damn man. You never checked over your work after noticing the running issue?
